
O’mills is the combination of two words: organic and mills, which represent the natural, wholesome food that we hope to create.
Our menu focuses on fermentation — sourdough fermented for 72 hours with wild yeast, homemade kimchi, kombucha, natural wine, and more. While our yeast came from London, we are proud to use the freshest local produce from Shanghai, home of our 7 restaurants.
