Omill’s menu centers around fermentation. From sourdough bread, to sourdough pizza, to kombucha, kimchi, natural wine… These foods take longer to make, but we are dedicated to provide food that is better for the palette as well as the body.

Fermented foods are rich in probiotics and fiber for gut gut health, while offering more digestible and available nutrients to the entire body. These health benefits come with a better taste too and texture too. That’s why our guests have been loving our bread and dishes for the past 7 years.

Our Panda

The silly, slow, and unhurried panda represents the relaxed and comfortable concept of "slow life" that we want to convey.

The panda who grew up eating bamboo always exudes a gentle, friendly energy that makes people want to be close. This is also the brand personality of O'mills:

Our Founder

Xiao Xiao

EO Entrepreneur, Chef, food blogger, and former gourmet TV show host Xiao Xiao constantly travels around world for food inspiration and learns from top masters in the world. She founded O’mills Artisan Bakery & Bistro in Shanghai, in April 2018.
